In the project planning section of the course,
students are taught how to clarify and define
project objectives as well as acquiring a
completed scope of work. The course aids
managers establish the roles of each team member
by staffing the project with responsibility
charts. Finally, students are taught the
importance of team scheduling and determine how
a project will be completed through the
utilizing of
network diagrams and a decisive path.
